Titanium has been known to suffer from heat related stress fractures when it's been bent to form exhaust pipes. Tigcraft's novel solution was to make the bends up out of precicely cut parts of titanium and weld them together for a lobster like pattern on the bends. This is carried through to the stainless steel headers for a consistent look.
